Hello Out There!

Will be taking it easy this week with Christmas preparations and such going on.  So, you’ll see me off and on. 

Here is our simple menu plan for the week:

MONDAY-teriyaki chicken (from freezer) & rice, veggie

TUESDAY-hamburgers (from freezer), fries, veggie or  fruit

WEDNESDAY-garlic chicken risotto (new recipe), salad

THURSDAY-don’t know yet 

FRIDAY-dinner @ Swister’s, don’t know what I am taking…. 

SATURDAY-cheesy beef stroganoff (x2 for freezer–still haven’t made this yet), veggie

SUNDAY-LEFTOVERS
