Posted in recipes | No Comments »It is Tuesday again! This summer is already flying by. My hubby and I realized last night that we only have 1 free weekend before our daughter starts school! Crazy!! Anyway, I am trying a new recipe on Thursday, but I don’t want to post the recipe because I want to take a picture of it and post it for you next week, so I’ll give you another recipe for today…no picture. Sorry!
And yes, it is chicken again! :) My mom has been making this for years and always gets rave reviews on it. :) It is pretty frugal and serves a lot of people. Enjoy!
Chicken Breast Dish
2 lbs. chicken breast halves
1 5 oz. jar dried beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
-Place chicken breast halves in casserole dish.
-Chop and rinse dried beef. Squeeze excess water.
-Mix dried beef, mushroom soup, and sour cream. Spread over the chicken.
-Cover and bake at 250 F for 3 hours.
